　　Sweeping robot projrect was began in mid-November 2017 with Fmart Technology Co., Ltd Chongqing branch.This project total 42 sets of injeciton mold within 2 contract. It was take nearly 5 months to mold design, mold trial, mold modification, the first batch of small production was done.

　　In this project, there is a double injection mold use NAK80 steel for 250T press, and the material is transparent PC with TPU by twice injection molding,There is another mold with fan wind wheel in 70mm diameter with 9 petals fan leaf and the height of leaf is 10mm and the distance of each leaf only is 0.28mm. It is the most hightech mold in this project. It need good mold construction and excellent machining to reach parting face.It tested noly twice and then confirmed ok by customer that can be considered a such successful mold.

　　The Fmart sweeping robots is well-known companies in the industry. They are the first one to produce sweeping robot in China. The headquarters in Beijing and there branch plant in Shenzheng and Chongqin. They have a high market share with stable quality. The company general manager Mr Song pay much attention to quality and visit our mold workshop serval times to check the machining and made some requests. At the same time he checked the source of the materials, the mahining process, the problems in the mold test, and gave some ideas for solution.

　　With the successful cooperation of this project, it was drove this injection molding orders to us. We are under negotitaon for the bulk order next month. So Meike also decide increased production capacity to purchase two press of 160T and 250T.

　　There also is a new project under negotiation for upgraded product.
