To better satisfy the production ability and demand, in Oct. 2022 MEIKE Mould Engineering will move to a new site equipped with more powerful manufacturing facilities located in The Frontier Science and Technology City, Yubei District, Chongqing.

The new factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters including two sections of mould tooling and precision injection molding:
Mold industry planning area of 5000 square meters, annual output capacity more than 100 million it will be divided into three workshops, except for existing heavy mold workshop and precision mold workshop we sahll add a optical mold workshop which is mainly engaged in optical product mold manufacturing.

Mold market share is 70% of domestic mold, 30% exporting which will account more than 50% for precision electronic, semiconductor and medical instruments mold, 30% for optical mold tooling. The domestic market is still mainly for regular clients from coastal markets, automotive functional parts, electrical appliances, etc., Optical molds are mainly for car lights, LED lights, and mobile phone application lights and other alike;

Mold workshop will add 5-axis machining center, 40,000-80,000 RPM ultra-precision optical finishing equipment, and its measuring devices. Injection molding is planning area of 6000 square meters, divided into two workshops, one for 120-1500 tons of injection molding machine to provide mold testing, small batch production services. The second one is for precision injection molding which will the level of 100,000 grade dust-free, automatic arms, material area, with injection molding machine of 20-360 tons producing precision electronics, gear, semiconductor and optical parts and more than 30% for exporting.
