On market and order performance 
Our export business further expanded and reached more than 20%, and the domestic market also added a lot of powerful customers from coastal and inland areas in the fields of electronics and beverage with unit order valued more than one million which has made a significant contribution to performance 2021. With more orders processed continually improving the product quality, workflow optimization, delivery coordination and aftersales service.

Human Resources
In 2021, MEIKE has also made sufficient efforts in talent training, internally cultivated more than 60% of all members who played backbones in various positions and become the main force of MEIKE.

Requiring improvement
In addition, it is more difficult for the injection molding workshop comparing to 2020 when we added some equipment for specific order to satisfy but not in a full run, sometimes of short power supply which resulting in 60% productability realized.

Outlook in 2022
We also have a lot of outlooks for upcoming 2022. 
Firstly, the procurement of new equipment. Due to the impact of power supply, the company will not purchase equipment in the first half of the year, but newly purchased equipment will be installed in our new plant at the end of 2022 as well as releasing new equipment list for 2023. The coming equipment includes 5-axis machining imported and ultra-high speed processing on optical surface, high-end equipment of slow wire walking, spark machine(EDM), high-speed injection molding machine, etc.
Secondly, MEIKE will continue to recruit competent person for mold tooling and management, provide them with a good learning and working environment, let them learn more professional knowledge for themselves and MEIKE, so as to strengthen the team work and competitiveness, contributing more and more to mold industry.
