Our company undertake and completed mold fabrication for a Soundbar which is a set of plastic shell of high-end audio including three sister molds for body shell, base and guiding pole, the length of body shell and base are about 900mm molded through 4 sequential-valve hot runner, two end caps were uniformly molded with body shell with drawing lines surface finish and smooth tuning knob. The shell and base molded with injection molding machine with 1,000 tons clamping force and the guiding pole with 80tons.

With the improvement of people's living standards, in addition to material demands, more and more people begin to pursue spiritual enjoyment. Some of them are keen on audio and enjoy the fun of music. Some people also toss about the audio equipment, enjoy the happiness brought by different equipment. In daily life, a good sound system can not only bring the enjoyment of the ears, but also create an atmosphere, such as watching a movie at home, a set of surround sound can make you immersive. When you have a nap drinking coffee in the study, a set of HIFI boxes can bring you heart to relax, when you play games, a set of high-resolution audio can let you distinguish the position of the enemy, enjoy the shock of the game, and feel the real fighting scene.

Soundbar, also known as "echo wall" or "bar speaker", refers to the long strip speaker function integrated into a box, is the most thorough combination of traditional AV sound and digital technology in the sound family, its beginning was born to solve the sound quality problem of flat screen TV, simple installation, convenient connection, put the integrated visual effect below the TV.

Today recommend Hisense 2.0 Soundbar speaker, metal body with wall hanging style, speaker built in four speaker units, two high pitch and two full frequency, 60W power, supporting coaxial, linear, and Bluetooth (plus aptX coding) input mode. The speaker also supports DTS sound effect, virtual surround technology, with independent bass transmission, external active subwoofer.
