The first order is the water dispenser cover, Representative is the drinking fountain front cover, English name: Front Penal, It Is a highlight grain surface product, The product itself is not complex structured, But the product has a large size oblique plane, we want to design of the mold for this oblique plane, The front and rear cavity of the mold will have a tunnel extraction core, and Long size Boss and Hook on the inclined top surface, So, the The mold must have a stripper structure, Ensure that the Boss and Hook can form smoothly, Secondly, this product have a Large mirror surface, In order to make the product without deformation, no flow marks and other molding defects, We used the inverted structure; As a result, the The mold became complicated, The mold size and height are larger than expected.
50 days, The T0 sample was successful, The mold has perfect for every movement, The defects on the surface are also controlled at the minimum;
The trouble is that the customer suddenly requires black products, the first time requires just have white product, After changing to black, The appearance defects of the product are enlarged, we in order to meet the requirements of customer, we has made some more changes to the products, Adjust the position of the stress and strength, Finally meet the customer’s requirements;
