　　One of the professor said a few words from his heart: A man who studies for overal situation is able to manage the world. As a boss of production-manufacturing, we must have national feelings and overall plan. In the past 30 years, if we had no feelings to the mold industry, we wouldn't be where we are today. If we had no plans, there wouldn't be the current team. We are always on the way,but there is always hope.
