Plastic shell for freezer opening
This is a plastic shell we make for Haier freezer. Meike designed and fabricated the mould per the design provided by Haier. It is made into a corresponding mold according to the designed size and shape, and then the plastic material is injected into the mold for cooling and molding.
This surface is a glossy surface that requires high smoothness and is not easily deformed, and is not easily scratched or damaged. Therefore, we use ABS resin, a polymer made by copolymerizing acrylonitrile A, butadiene B, and styrene S monomers, abbreviated as ABS. Each monomer has different characteristics. From a morphological perspective, ABS is an amorphous material, which determines its low-temperature resistance, impact resistance, appearance characteristics, low creep, excellent dimensional stability and ease of processing, as well as high surface hardness and good chemical resistance. Due to its advantages of toughness, rigidity, and hardness, its application scope has far exceeded that of PS, becoming an independent plastic variety.
