Successful Trial Of Oasis New Water Dispensor Injection Tools

As a professional injecction tooling maker, Meike Mold has been dedicated to provide our customers with the best products and services. From the past cooperation, Meike has successfully won the recognization from OASIS, and OASIS awarded Meike with their all the injection tools of the new high end water dispenser project, totally there are 18 injection tools, the material of the injection parts would be ABS, PA66 and TPE, and the injection machine tonnages range from 60T to 800T.

Meike always understands how precious and important time is to our customers, we immediately start the DFM when the PO is released, within 2 weeks we have submitted all the DFM for approval, and it tooks us another 2 weeks to submit all the tool designs of the 18 tool. Within an average of 40 days, we have completed the tool fabrication of all tools, and successfully conducted the trial in Meike plant, our T1 samples were highly commented by OASIS. Considering the 18 parts are all from one water dispenser, our next step of work would be to optimize the tools mainly per the fitment among all parts, and ship the tools to OASIS Europe ASAP, so that the tools can start to creat values for our customers.
