4 Sets New CNC Machining Center Installed

In order to increase the company's mold processing capacity and meet production needs, Meike has added four 1000 model CNC equipment at once after the Spring Festival. The new equipments were be delivered to the company for installation last week and is expected to be available for production before March 10th.

All of the new equipments are the same model, with a rotational speed of 12000, a direct motor spindle, and all three tracks are roller tracks, resulting in better accuracy and strength. After the equipments being positioned, most of the CNC machining parts can be placed in our factory for processing, which can effectively control the mold cycle and mold quality.

The machining process of the company's workpieces is standardized. The equipments of rough and fine machining are separated. After rough machining, there is a margin of 0.05-0.1mm left for the workpiece to enter the next process and be handed over to the precision machining equipment for completion. This not only ensures the efficiency of rough machining, but also meets the accuracy of the workpiece, while also ensuring the accuracy of the equipment.

Yawei CNC is a Taiwanese company that has been engaged in manufacturing for nearly 40 years. It is produced by Yawei Electromechanical Co., Ltd. and was once renowned in China as its gantry crane. The product range ranges from 600mm to 20m, including vertical processing machines, horizontal processing machines, gantry processing machines, five axis processing machines, high-speed machines, etc.

Meike has a strict approach in the procurement of CNC machining equipment. We prefer to choose Taiwan brand for rough processing mechines and choose Japanese brand for fine processing mechines.
