Last week, Meik completed the first production delivery for MRO project(GEA), with a total initial shipment of more than 70 cubic units.

The MRO project took our company 10 months to complete, from taking over, designing, researching and developing, to trial production, sampling, and mass production. During these 10 months, our company adhered to the principle of customer service first and customer-oriented attitude, actively cooperating with customers, responding to customer information in a timely manner, and always solving customer problems as soon as possible. Regarding the product, we strive to provide customers with the best quality at a controllable cost, truly practicing continuous improvement and fully tapping into the spirit of craftsmanship.

During the preliminary business negotiations, our company's principle is to make the project's income and expenses transparent to customers, think for customers, and strive to use every penny where it is needed. Regarding the customer's requirements, Meike responded to them within the allowed scope and truly regarded the customer as the foundation of the company.

In the middle of the project, our company strictly controlled quality and efficiency at each link, effectively communicated between departments, and worked together to create value for customers. When facing a series of problems in the development process, our company adhered to the principle of meeting difficulties head-on, actively facing the problems, timely feedback, and negotiation with customers, striving to come up with solutions for customers as soon as possible, and ensuring that the customer's project progress is not affected. During the development process, Meike promptly responded to the customer's doubts about certain links, patiently answered questions, ensured timeliness, and put the customer experience first.

After many rounds of mold repair, mold modification, and sampling, our company's products have been recognized and approved by customers. Meike received the first batch of orders from GEA at the end of last year and completed the first mass production delivery last week. In order to ensure that this shipment can go smoothly, our company has been preparing since receiving the order last year, including but not limited to: designing packaging strictly according to customer requirements, purchasing production materials in advance, and separately purchasing a set of color difference meter equipment. With the efforts and cooperation of the entire company, Meike finally completed the production, packaging, and delivery of the first batch of mass production orders on time and in full, successfully delivering the goods to customers.

Due to our company's active cooperation and excellent product quality, we have received high recognition from GEA customers and look forward to more cooperation in the future.
