With the gradually growing business demands , Meike has decided to add another 6000 ㎡ in our new factory for building more specilized injection mould workshop .

In some degree ,this year has been one of the most difficult years. The overall economy is not as good as previous years, and the national export data has been declining. The total export volume in August reached a record low. In such a big environment, what happened in Chongqing is even more difficult. In August, we experienced the longest and highest temperature in history. Therefore, we were absent from work for 21 days. After this long extreme weather, we suffered the pandemic again, causing 10 more days lockdown in many areas. During this period, our factory is not able to make normal production. However, our company business is not affected but even gradually grows.Due to total power load and the influence of plant area, our company is unable to expand the busines,leaving us no option but to choose the high-quality customers and orders only. Expansion increment can only be done after the move into the new factory;

Due to the pandemic, the construction of the new plant has also been affected. The original plan of delivery and decoration in October 2022 has been postponed for six months. The new plant is located in the Qianyan Technology Town, Yubei District, Chongqing. The new factory covers the first and second floors of two buildings, with a total area of 15,000 square meters. Building No. 3, with 5,000 square meters, is the mold workshop, and Building No. 4, with 10,000 square meters, is the injection workshop.

With expected annual capacity of more than 100 million, industry planning area of the mold workshop is 5000 ㎡，which will be divided into three workshops and departments. Except the existing heavy mold workshop and precision mold workshop, the optical mold workshop will aslo be added, which is mainly engaged in the mold manufacturing of optical products; The mold market share is distributed as 70% in the domestic mold market and 30% in the international market, among which the mold of electronic precision, semiconductor and medical needle in the precision workshop will account for more than 50%, and the optical mold budget will be more than 30%. The domestic market is still dominated by coastal markets, automotive functional parts, electrical appliances, etc., mainly serving existing old customers; Optical mold mainly undertake such as car lights, LED lights, and mobile phone application lights and other molds; The mold workshop will add a 5-axis machining center, 40,000-80000 ultra-precision optical finishing equipment,  optical mold and product measurement equipment;

Industry planning area of injection molding is 10,000 ㎡，divided into two workshops. The first workshop contains a 120-1500 tons injection molding machine, mainly for the mold workshop to provide trial and small batch production services; The second workshop is a precision injection molding workshop, which will achieve 100,000-level dust-free, fully automatic parts taking, regional isolation feeding, and other high automation level. The tonnage of injection molding machine is mainly 20-360 tons, and mainly undertake the injection production of precision electronics, gears, semiconductors and optical parts. The export of injection parts to Europe will exceed 30% of the total output value of injection molding.
