Injection molding in the business of electronic component and electrical appliance is gradually growing. Injection molded parts of electrical and electronic products are mostly white, red and other colors , and chrominance requirement is very high . Only naked eye can not determine whether the chromaticity is qualified or not . It must rely on the instrument verification . Our clients in USA is using X-rite light box and color difference meter . To match highly , we purchased the same brand of equipment as well . Now the equipment has been installed in the factory, and relevant personnel of the quality department of the company are learning how to use it and apply it to production . Use of light source box:

After the power is turned on, the light source box adopts the touch button control mode, and gently press the button of the corresponding standard light source to light up the light source. When another button is pressed, it can be automatically switched. To turn on multiple light sources, press multiple keys at the same time. During the color comparison of the same batch of goods, switch the power supply as little as possible. After use, turn off the mains.

Notes for light source box:

1. The light source box is a standard testing equipment, which must ensure the standard of all the light sources. The CIE standard is taken as the criterion, and it should be tight but not loose. In particular, it should ensure that it is still within the scope of CIE after a period of use to avoid systematic errors.

2. The inner wall of the light source box is standard medium gray, and the matte surface is conducive to absorbing light, rather than reflecting light to interfere with the effect of the standard light source.

3. To avoid the aging of lights, generally usage is not more than 2000 hours for the limit.

4. It is better to have the voice broadcast the name of the key light source, which can avoid pressing the wrong light source; It is also necessary to make the human eye do not leave the observation of the object when testing the effect of heterochromatic spectrum . The use of voice-controlled light source box to achieve blind operation can reduce the labor intensity of the operator .
