In July this year, we received orders for ge-Promixer projects totaling more than a dozen sets of molds and injection molding business .This week, the first trial of molds for 3 products has been completed and the first piece has been provided to customers, and in other projects we will also start trials and provide first samples within this month.

This project is a high-end product of GE, whose main market is in the United States. It has high requirements on the appearance and size of the mold and injection parts, as well as the corresponding quality documents and certification documents.

The project undertaken this time has transparent parts, functional parts, two-color injection molding parts and other products. Transparent parts is made by PET, which come into use at the first time. The properties of the material are not well understood, but the mold trial production process has also accumulated a lot of experience to us. With high temperature weather in Chongqing ，we continuously worked for 2 weeks before successful trial production of samples and small batch production.

The materials of the two-color injection molded parts are also very special, TPE and POM. These two materials have no stickability, causing the molded injection parts can not be organically joined. To solve this problem, Meike mold engineering and customer engineers have made a variety of experiments and structural changes, and finally got trial production of samples.

It is the first time that the injection mold development of our company has been exported to the United States. In order to provide customers with the best quality products and services, the company has also added team members and additional link control. A project team was set up. A project was in charge of a supervisor, who directly connected with customers' business, technology, orders and delivery. The supervisor organizes a project team consisting of quality, logistics, purchasing, production, etc. The quality department is mainly responsible for mold and product quality standards and data measurement, PPAP document preparation, and toxicity analysis document preparation and submission. The logistics team is responsible for product delivery and customs formalities; The work of the purchasing team is under the guidance of the project supervisor. The technical requirements of the products produced are high. The qualification and quality control of some suppliers must be reviewed by the project supervisor.

In order to make the products of injection molded parts fully meet the requirements of American customers, the company specially purchased the same brand of light source box, optometry instrument, color difference instrument, and the special color card specified by the customer.

The samples provided this time meet the measurement of the quality department of MEike Mold, but the customer finally needs to confirm the sample . We hope that MEIKE mold can successfully take the first step of the new journey in the international market.
