In March of 2022, we were trusted by a new customer from Mexico whose headquarter located in the United States with big injection moulding factory in Mexico and scattered sister companies worldwide, engaged in master business of designing and manufacturing home appliance.

The order awarded is to design and fabricate injection mould for plastic parts of equipment producing electronic wiring assembly. As efficient communicating and pointed discussion with customer understanding the requirements and specification in details, our design team was simultaneously proceeding to preliminary design works, the mould is designed for injection moulding with complex structure and special requirements such as hardened H13(46-48RC) for cavities, MoldMax components, S7 for stripping plates...
