Plastic Portable Power Charger Housing
Plastic Portable Power Charger Housing mold specializes in the production of portable power charger housings obtained by injection molding. Generally, the materials used to make this kind of mold are steel or aluminum and other durable and high-temperature-resistant materials. The mold is customized according to the customer's needs. By injecting molten plastic into the mold, the desired charger shell structure or other required shapes can be obtained.

The housing is made with flame retardant PC/ABS, which normally adopt halogen-free flame retardant, and it has the advantage of no halogen and light smell. Flame retardant PC/ABS can achieve V0 or 5VA flammability, in regard of the physical perforemance, it has better performance in tensible, bending and impact, which can effctively protect the internal batteries from the damages of external impact. Besides, PC/ABS is easy to be moulded, which can be made intoplastic portable power charger housing,so as to improve the aesthetics and functionality.
